I came here for 2 nights and had a such great stay. The venue was terrific and lovely, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the location was particularly good next to the train station Genoa Brignole as well as genovese restaurant for dinner. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable with every request. In general the service was incredible! The facilities were excellent too.

The location was just perfect as it was near the main attractions which made it very convenient to go around. I liked the unique feature of the two entrances which made entry and exit very practical.

There were some things I didn't like about this hotel. our room was given on the lower level, which was quite frustrating as it was facing the wall, and there was no prior information about it.
